Bradford A. Young, PhD, MBA, the Founder & Managing Director of B.A.Y. Biotech Consulting is an experienced biotechnology executive with deep scientific expertise and strong business acumen. Dr. Young has over twenty years of experience developing and commercializing targeted medicine products and services, including therapeutics, diagnostics, and medtech platforms.
Dr. Young has held numerous senior leadership positions, including at the CEO, CBO, CCO, VP and Director level. He founded his firm in 2016 to provide executive consulting and advisory services to institutions ranging from mid-cap pharmaceutical companies to early stage biotechnology companies, along with universities and venture capital firms.
