Bradford A. Young, PhD, MBA, the Senior Principal & Owner of B.A.Y. Biotech Consulting is a biotechnology executive with over twenty years of experience developing and commercializing targeted medicine products and services, including therapeutics, diagnostics and med-tech platforms.
Dr. Young has held numerous leadership positions including at the CEO, CBO, CCO, VP, and Director level. Since 2016, he has been providing executive management and advisory services to life science institutions ranging from mid-cap pharmaceutical companies to early stage biotechnology companies, along with universities, state initiatives and venture capital firms.
